Preorders and special offers

Your preorder is a request, not a final confirmation — we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability and details. Payment is made on pickup, in person.

Catering

A catering inquiry submitted through the site is not a firm booking. The final offer, payment terms (including any deposit) and event date are agreed together, by phone or email.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the event and how much notice is given.

Allergens

For information about allergens and ingredients, please contact us before placing an order.

Perishable products

Our products are fresh, perishable food items. Under Belgian law (Art. VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law), the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to distance sales does not apply to perishable food products or to catering services tied to a fixed date.
